Shipping & Returns

For shipping options please see shipping information in the cart at checkout.  We can provide a tracking number for orders upon request, and should there be any concern regarding delayed deliveries or damage to items during shipping or delivery, please let us know so we can assist in expediting the shipping of replacement items.  For assistance please email to:


At Elephant Origins, we make it our policy to take care of our customers, just like we take care of elephants and the growers who protect them.   If a product does not arrive on time, is not the quality you were expected, or are if you are in any way dissatisfied with what you receive from us, we want to hear from you.   We will be happy to replace the item and, if you prefer, issue you a full and immediate refund for the cost of the item(s) you ordered.   Simply email to with your name and details from the Elephant Origins receipt included in the package, and let us know how we can make it right for you.  We value our customers want to hear how well we are doing, but we also want to hear how we can improve our products and services.  Thank you!
