What you'll need:
High-quality black tea leaves (loose leaf or pyramid sachets)
Kettle
Teapot or mug
Strainer (if using loose-leaf tea)
Timer
Milk and sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
Fresh, Filtered Water: Use fresh, filtered water for the best taste. Avoid using water that has been sitting for a long time, as it can taste flat.
Water Temperature: Heat the water to the appropriate temperature. Ideally, aim for 195°F (90°C) for Assam black tea. Boiling water can make the tea bitter.
